Putting On the Armor of God

So this last week I did a bible study on the book of Ephesians. Ephesians is over all a really great book(minus a few verses about husbands being in charge of wives.) The part that really stood out to me was Ephesians 6:13-17. This passage was about putting on the armor of God, which includes the belt of truth, the body armor of God's righteousness, the sandals of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of the Lord. We all are going to face trials and be persecuted in some way in our lives, and we may feel discouraged or alone, but  if we put on the armor of God, we will always be safe. God never leaves us, we just have to want Him to be by our side. If we don't call upon God, if we don't put on our armor, we will be left unprotected against harsh cruelness of the world. God won't take away all your problems, because they are there for a reason, but He will always give strength and wisdom to get you through the rough. He will always provide you with armor.
