YouVersion

Hello Everyone!
   So I know a lot of kids, teenagers, and adults alike are sometimes reluctant to do bible study. Most people say they are too busy or they can't find anything interesting. I have been using a website for about half a year called YouVersion. It has bible study plans for all ages. There are so many topics that they have bible studies on, there is no way you won't be able to find something that interests you. Also, YouVersion is great for busy people because if you miss a day, you can back up the schedule so you are back on track. I highly recomend this website for anyone trying to find bible studies that will get them closer to God.

Putting On the Armor of God

So this last week I did a bible study on the book of Ephesians. Ephesians is over all a really great book(minus a few verses about husbands being in charge of wives.) The part that really stood out to me was Ephesians 6:13-17. This passage was about putting on the armor of God, which includes the belt of truth, the body armor of God's righteousness, the sandals of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of the Lord. We all are going to face trials and be persecuted in some way in our lives, and we may feel discouraged or alone, but  if we put on the armor of God, we will always be safe. God never leaves us, we just have to want Him to be by our side. If we don't call upon God, if we don't put on our armor, we will be left unprotected against harsh cruelness of the world. God won't take away all your problems, because they are there for a reason, but He will always give strength and wisdom to get you through the rough. He will always provide you with armor.

My New Blog

Hi Everyone!
    So I'm starting this blog to share my faith with anyone who wants to listen. I want to share my thoughts, feelings, opinions, bible studies, testimonies, and anything else that I encounter on my walk with God. I'm not, however, going to force any opinions on to anyone and if you have any questions or contradictions, I would love to hear them. This blog is kind of a way for me to get my thoughts out there, and to ultimately get closer to God, and I hope it helps you as well!
